To maintain the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our supply chain, we uphold a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sanitary nature of nail supplies and consumables, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. This policy ensures that every product you receive is fresh, hygienic, and has never been handled by another customer.
By purchasing from StationBeautify, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying professional supplies and that you understand the specific nature of the materials ordered.
2. Damages, Defects & Fulfillment Errors
While we execute rigorous quality control checks prior to shipment, we understand that errors can occasionally occur. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we are here to make it right.
Claims Process:
You must notify our support team at support@stationbeautify.in within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
Your email must include:
Your Order Number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear, high-resolution photos or video of the damage/defect and the condition of the shipping packaging.
Resolution: Upon review and approval of your claim, we will provide a replacement of the identical item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the item. We do not issue cash refunds.
3. Shipping Liability & Lost Packages
Once a package has been successfully handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer. [Your Brand Name] is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
Tracking: We recommend monitoring your tracking number closely.
Lost/Stolen: If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no replacement or refund will be issued.

Color Accuracy: Please note that due to varying screen resolutions and lighting conditions, the actual color of gels, tips, or packaging may differ slightly from what is displayed on your device. These nuances are not considered manufacturing defects.
Compatibility: We supply professional materials intended for use by artists familiar with nail systems. We are not responsible for product incompatibility with other brands’ adhesives, primers, or tools, nor for results stemming from improper application techniques.
