At StationBeautify, we understand that timely delivery is essential for your business and artistry. We are committed to processing orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping procedures below.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within [2-4] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
High Volume Periods: During new product launches, restocks, or promotional sales, processing times may extend up to [4-6] business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your supplies with care.
Definition: “Processing time” is the time it takes to pack and label your order. This does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver your package.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Calculation: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination.
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders over Rs.2000.
Carriers: We currently ship via Shiprocket.
Estimated Delivery: While we provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. [Your Brand Name] is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, volume, or operational issues.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We are proud to supply artists globally. However, international shipments are subject to the following terms:
Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country’s government upon delivery.
Customs Delays: We have no control over how long a package is held in customs. We cannot expedite this process or provide information beyond what is available via tracking.
Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the package will be abandoned or returned to us. We do not refund the original shipping cost, and a restocking fee may apply to any returned goods.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the notification.
5. Liability & Lost Packages
As stated in our Refund & Return Policy, StationBeautify is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been scanned as “Received” or “picked up” by the shipping carrier.
Transfer of Responsibility: Ownership of packages turns over to the buyer upon transfer to the shipping agent.
Stolen Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot modify orders once they have entered our processing queue.
Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing unit number, or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We do not issue refunds for shipping fees on returned packages.
